• This event is supported by the Japan Tourism Agency, allowing you to participate at a very reasonable rate. Please be sure to read the notes below carefully before registration.
• Due to the limited number of seats, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to register

Please make additional registrations through the Confit (registration page).

• Once the limited number is reached, we will close the registration.
• For all the invited speakers/program committee members/IOC members who wish to participate and have not yet registered using the dedicated form sent previously, please do not register through Confit (our website system). If you have not received the email regarding the dedicated form, please contact the secretariat.
• If you wish to have an accompanying person join, please contact the secretariat. (Secretariat of IPS-24/ICARP2024 : secretariatips24.jp) As seating is limited, priority will be given to conference participants.

This banquet and the bar hopping have been adopted as part of a program supported by the government through Japan Tourism Agency, so those who wish to participate in the banquet must consent to being recorded a video and photographed for reporting purposes, and agree that these images may be used in promotional materials created by Japan Tourism Agency. Please understand that the information will be used for publicity purposes.
