Passport and Visa

All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess a valid passport.
Participants from countries requiring a visa to enter Japan should obtain one from the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate ahead of time.

• To issue an invitation letter, we need to confirm your registration and payment for the registration fee completion. (The invitation letter will be sent to you after your payment of the registration fee)
• We can issue the invitation letter for IPS-24/ICARP2024 and/or IPS-24/ICAR2024 Young only to participants and the accompanying persons(accompanying persons should be family members only).
• We can issue only an invitation letter just for the conference period.
• If you require visa documents, please inform us both of your registration number and payment number by email being indicated below.
• After we confirm both of them, we will send you a visa application form file, and ask you to fill out the form and send it back to us with a copy of your face photo page of your passport.

Please be advised that the issuance of visa documents will be processed by Secretariat in the order in which the visa application forms are received, and kindly acknowledge that it will take approximately one week and a bit more excluding weekends to complete.

Should you require visa documents, please accept the above conditions and contact Secretariat as soon as possible.
