Submissions

• Submissions must be made by the presenter him/herself.
• Only one submission per person is allowed.
• Please submit a 1-page (A4 size) abstract following the template.

• Abstract must be submitted as a PDF file. Embed ALL fonts in the PDF file. The size of each pdf file must not exceed 5 Mbytes.
• During submission, the authors must choose the type of contribution between Contributed Poster / Contributed Oral / Either.
• You must also select the topic number relevant to the contribution.
• The durarion of each lecture is currently scheduled as follows.

  Plenary Lecture 45 min (talk 40 min + question and answer 5 min)
  Keynote Lecture 30 min (talk 25 min + question and answer 5 min)
  Invited Lecture 25 min (talk 20 min + question and answer 5 min)
  Contributed Oral 15 min (talk 12 min + question and answer 3 min)

Copyright Transfer Agreement

Your abstract will be provided to the participants as a book of abstracts at the start of the conference.
The copyrights to these abstracts need to be transferred to Organizing Committee of IPS-24/ICARP2024.
